In order to modify the delivery data or your addresses you must access your user ac, where you will find the section "Personal Data". From there you can modify your data keep it d.

In the event that your order has arrived incomplete, contact us through the contact form, within the first 48 hours after receipt we will manage your incidence. Please, save the shipping box with all its contents, as we will need photos to process the claim.

In your customer ac, you have a section called "Your purchases". When you log in you will see a summary of all orders placed, cancelled or delivered. All those which had been sent successfully will have the option "See bill", where you can download the detailed bill for that particular order.

There are perfumery products that do not have any blister (that plastic that usually wraps the package). In fact, many brs are taking them off, including some such as Dolce & Gabbana, Calvin Klein or Elizabeth Arden.

Sometimes we have the same product with different presentation. That is. the manufacturer has decided to change the presentation of its product (packaging, box, colours, labelling...) but we still have stock of the previous presentation.

Normally customers don't have to pay any extra taxes or fees regarding customs.

However, this will depend entirely on the customs authorities. If your parcel is ed during the clearance process for inspection, you may pay taxes.

Please be informed that in case your parcel can not be delivered for reasons beyond our or the transport company control (i.e. incorrect address or addressee away), once it comes back to our premises, we will process a refund for your purchase deducting shipping return costs.

Orders are prepared picked up by the transport company within 12-36 hours of receipt.
Normally the order will arrive in 8 to 10 working days after sending the order, depending on your location.
Remember that on important dates (istmas, Black Friday, Valentine's Day...) shipping companies often have collapse deliveries can suffer delays.
